Membership used to mean a paper form, an invoice, and a renewal reminder each year on your anniversary. It now runs through your own account: choose a tier below, pay by card, and your directory listing is created as you register. Renewal stays annual — one year from the day you register — but it now happens automatically instead of arriving as an invoice. Nobody has had a login here before, so everyone starts by creating one.

How do I become a member?

Pick the tier that matches your business size, click Get Started, and complete signup. Your member dashboard is available immediately.

Can I change my membership tier?

Tiers are based on the number of people you employ, so there is nothing to choose between. If your business has grown or contracted, call the Chamber at (867) 979-4654 and we will move you to the right tier at your next renewal.

When does my membership renew?

Your membership runs for one year from the day you register, then renews automatically on that same date each year unless you cancel. This replaces the renewal invoice the Chamber used to send — you are charged to the card on file rather than billed. You can cancel anytime from your member dashboard.

How do I update my business listing?

Log in to your member dashboard and edit your details — changes sync to the public directory automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
